Good morning vietnam omg it's early

What the hell is up with my bodyclock????
5.15am on a saturday is not a good time to wake up. Or any other day for that matter.
How do i set my clock or just break it?????

Wow that is early! I was up around then feeding lily but promptly went back to sleep!
I'm not sure on the body clock thing.
I remember watching a programme years ago which said to push your bedtime back fifteen minutes every few days and that could help but I don't know if it really works or not!
