Hey all!

Hi girls,

Im not used to there being a forum again, so not really been posting much!

Well it was Isla's birthday today, we have had a fab day. Sounds like all the September girlies are into their sylvanians, Isla got loads of SF bits and pieces. Bit of a shame as the house we bought is no where near big enough to fit all the furniture in. Oops!

We have been to Twinlakes and Pizza Express, Isla has spent the whole day dressed as a ballerina, v cute! Feel slightly sad that my baby is now 3. She seems to have become really self conscious all of a sudden. Has anyone else found that with their LO's of similar age? Not sure if it is because she has spent the last two months glued to Imogen's side and has not been able to get a word in?!

Haha Fran we found the exact same thing. We bought bluebell cottage at christmas and tonnes of stuff and it won't fit.

Sounds like Isla had a lovely day. It's Ellie's on Monday. ( seems so strange as I can remember you having Isla so clearly as if it were last week). Oh and I are both off work so we're having a tea party

I know, it seems so recent. I keep thinking abou babies this week. My bf is pg with her 2nd, which in addition to Immy starting school and Isla's bday has made me wonder if I can be so sure we don't want any more.

That's lovely that you have the day off together. Tea party sounds fab. Are you having it at home? I was glad Isla's bday was on a weekend so we could all spend it together.

Kell I have to admit I love playing with the Sylvanians in particular, hehe!

Yes our tea party is at home with just a few close family members. Is it bad that Im pleased she has no friends :-/

I'm sure Isla will be back to her usual self soon! Sophie is getting used to Andrew not always being around again now.

Is immy in reception or year one? Can't believe our babies are 3 time really has flown ... I remember our pregnancy sept 09 mummies feels like it wasn't that long ago!!

I'm just so happy that 3 years after our babies were born we're all still in contact. Maybe next year will be our meet year?

Omg just realised Andrew must have started 'big' school too! How's he getting on? Immy is in a mixed class of reception and year 1 as she was in the top 10 oldest starting school this year. It has meant she is virtually the youngest in her class. I am slightly upset by the fact she has gone into an older class as she has missed out on being with the rest of the nursery intake and being in the new class. She on the other hand loves it, so I really shouldn't be bothered I suppose x

I would hate to lose contact with you all. A meet after all this time would be fab! X

Andrew isn't impressed with reception. He asked his teacher on thurs when he could go back to nursery! He was only just 4 at the end of august so I just think it has been quite a lot of change for him :-( I'm hoping he will settle though!

I'm glad immy has settled so well! That is an interesting way to do things isn't it? I suppose it is to do with ability etc ... I've never heard of that before though.

Oh bless him, he is so young to be starting school. From what I have seen it is the boys that have struggled in Immy's class, and a couple of them have turned 5 this week. I'm sure Andrew will be fine in a few weeks, he is a clever boy x

He is very young to have started. The teachers say he is ok when he is there which is good. We both cried on his first day he looked so oveerwhelmed :-( he will get there though he settled into nursery well and he has lots of friends as they mix both reception classes.

Can wee make the meet during a school holiday please as I work term time please :-) xx

I have to be honest, as much as I am desperate to meet up, I do wonder if it would be awkward?! Plus (and so sorry if this sounds offensive) I wouldnt want to be disappointed, as I really hold all you girls in high esteem and I wouldn't want that to change. Hope this makes sense x

I am starting work at our local Fat Face next week, only 11-3 Tuesday and Wednesday, which is perfect x

Me and kids dad separated a while ago. Needed a job after that. I'm just cleaning in a school at the moment. It works well for me at the mo. :-) x
