Breakfast ideas? Empty Breakfast ideas?

Post  x-Kell-x Tue Oct 02, 2012 7:33 am

I'm thinking I may start to try the old eat dinner like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper.

So I can go with the obvious cereal or toast but just have more, I also thought omelettes, boiled eggs, salmon and eggs that kinda thing, but I'm struggling on what else I could eat that would still be healthy!

Any ideas?

quorn sausages, grilled mushrooms, tomatoes, scrambled egg. I quite often have greek yoghurt and fruit, or scrambled egg on rye bread, or make my own clean pancakes (rice milk and rice flour instead of normal) and eat them with agarve nectar (like honey but good for you) and lemon juice yum x

I eat a lot of fitness fruit cereal and ready brek - Ready brek is also good for milk supply.
More of the time I just eat toast with something on, Like Jam, Cheese spread, Salad cream or Pate.
