Morning sickness cures

What did you find helped ?? I found if I wear sea bands from the very onset of sickness they helped a little bit also eating often aswell and sucking polo's

I found forcing myself to eat something was the only cure. There was one point when I was pg with Finlay that I couldn't eat OR drink. I think the only thing I could manage to eat was mash potato and cabbage lol.

With Tyler I tried to just keep munching so would go out and have a packet of plain digestive biscuits with me. that really seemed to help.

Eating little and often and drinking water in sips. Prawn cocktail crisps seemed to help for some reason. Nothing helped for long though

Salt and vinegar crisps and coke sometimes helped lol
