Babies Bottles?
Ok. I thought this might help some of our pregnant ladies decide which bottles they would buy if they choose to bottle feed.
After 3 children I consider myself a bottle expert.
My all time super duper favourites are MaM.
Simply because they flippin' indestructible. They've been dish washered a million times and still look like new. The measurements are easy to see too.

I used fisher price bottles with tyler but I don't think you can get them in the uk. With finlay I used philips avent. They are ok but you have to put this extra ring inside and some times it leaks and doesn't fit right.

Just a little chim in - I've the avent bottles with V twice.. I hate them. but right now refuse to by anything different since I'm EBF. He's on the size one teat and yet still manages to choke where the milk comes out too fast. And they leak - I use the bottle attached to my pump, Love the pump just hate the bottle.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] We used Tommee Tippee with both my wee ones and I loved them. They were easy to clean had an easy measurement guide on the side and were indestructible (many a hard floor met mine on various occasions) The only down side to them is if you boil the bottles they go an off yellowish colour.

tommeetippee close to nature we use, as i'm breast feeding i've found the teats to be quite easy for my babies to get use to. my mum brought me a fair few on offer at Aldi which was good

I too use tommee tippee closer to nature and found them easy to clean, even my hubby can make a bottle.
I've also used Avent with eldest and I prefer te tommee tippee :-)
However the electric steriliser broke and replaced and broke again, I wouldn't recommend the electric steriliser

I use tommee tippee on the odd occasion that we have used bottles! Loved them with sophia but it was very hard to read the amount as measurements were kind of embossed on the bottle. Am glad to say that tt have changed this and now number are in black, much easier to use! Perfect for bf mummie imo.
I tried the medela bottle this time as it was meant to mimic breast feeding and i had a medela pump so made sense to pump into same make! Sadley, Joshy did not take to them at all and several others i have spoken to who have tried them have found them hard to get on with too.
Also my medela pump stopped working so I now have a tt hand pump, much better, and i have the bottles all ready!

Re: Babies Bottles?
With both boys AVENT was my fav by far, although they did leak when u were making then up or Travelling.
With the Twins I can't recommend DR BROWN'S enough, they were Colicky and these bottles were amazing. Bit more aukward to clean, but not much. You can't shake them when hot like u can others due to the airflow piece, but once they have cooled down you can shake away!! You get travel caps with them, so no leaks when travelling. The bottles are a teeny bit more expensive than AVENT, but teats are cheaper to replace.
Wish I had a crystal ball to know the girls would have colic before spending £80 on AVENT bottles before they were born and opening all the boxes!!! grrrr what a waste. They are 6mths now and wouldn't go back AVENT, just incase it starts colic symptoms again (not blaming the bottles, just not taking any chances), so bought level 3 teats instead.
Hope this might help someone. x
