Sucking fingers/thumbs/fists!

Help!!! Lily is a hand sucker and I do not want this to turn into a thumb sucker!
I've tried dummy and bottle teats etc but she's not interested, it's not even that's she's hungry because she's just had a big feed and is now laying next to me sucking her fingers!

Vinnies found his hand within the last week - So far its just the hand.. Try replacing it with a teething ring.

Benj is the same the min he came out of me he had his hand in his gob He's not interested in dummies or anything

Ava sucks her thumb nothing we did stopped her she wanted to do it so she did... It drives me insane not to mention it must be agony for her as she has a huge hard lump on her thumb , it blisters and she also has teeth indents in it ... I found all of mine sucked there hands but with Ava the thumb was in on every scan and then as soon as she was born

Tamsyn sucks her middle 2 fingers, spits dummies out, but this past week, is started sucking sleeves, toys, blankets.

I think teeth are on way, but I wish she have a dummy instead

Josh sucks at his hands every now and again, he was trying to use it as comfort at night, but couldnt get his hand to stay there and has just kind of grown out of trying, he still is interested in hands, but just coz he is at 'that stage' and has teeth just come/more on way soon.

So hopefully she might grow out of it, or it could be her teeth? Is pretty early but possible....

With Sophia, she is a thumb sucker! Personally, i am not that keen on dummies (fine for night time but not too keen when used all time, only my opinion though, waht others choose is up to them and i respect that) so was happy for her to suck her thumb, i walways did, and i like the thought of her having that 'comfort' readily available to her whenever she needs it. But dave did notice her teeth slightly crooked so that is not so good!

My sister used to do this, all the way into her teens. But like her two middle fingers bent back the wrong way in her mouth, and she would curl her legs up behind her to go to sleep. Strange one she was! lol

William will shove anything and everything in his mouth. He puts his whole fist in there most of the time. He won't take a dummy either x
