Dream feed

So last night i gave Miley her 1st dream feed! Was nervous about getting her up for one as she looked so peaceful but it worked well! She didnt even open her eyes once

She had a bath at 6:30pm then 15mins quiet play on her changin mat. We then gave her a 4oz bottle and put her down at 7. We went to bed at 9:30 so i gave her the dream feed then (another 4oz) and she slept until 3am had another 4oz and slept till 6:30 xxx

Go Miley! And go you! Thats great for an eight week old.

Tried with Joshy but didnt work consistently, but saying that, he just got into a pattern himself of waking between 10 and 11pm. Its only recently that J is starting to only wake twice a night! (11pm and 3am, then up at 7ish)

Glad it worked for you. We never tried a dream feed but then Jamie never went more than 2 hours and would cluster feed from around 7 or 8 until at least 11 and often until 2 or 3 am

Lucy that's great I hope it continues! We have got very lucky with Lily sleeping from 9-5am ish I had two not so great sleepers and finally got lucky

He was exclusively bf so I think me rather than Adam. I remember Adam once waking up at 3am and saying wow his been good - that's the first time his been up and me saying, through gritted teeth, no he hasn't been to sleep yet

Sounds great - Vinnie use to dream feed a lot in the beginning. Now he's sleeping 7pm till 4am - 4am till 7am
