Pandora charms

Post  Mandbaby on Thu Nov 15, 2012 12:51 am

Hi Ladies. I'm after some advice. My niece was given a Pandora bracelet for her 18th birthday, and her mum and dad have told me to buy a voucher for a jewellers that sells the charms for Christmas.

I hate giving vouchers though, and would much rather buy her a charm. They told me they cost upwards of £40 but I've found a website (I'll post the link if it helps?) where there are LOADS (really nice ones too) for only £9.99!

Do I have to bear anything in mind when buying pandora charms? Are there lots of fakes around, and do I need to look out for anything in particular?

I am going to go out on a limb and say at that price they are definatly not real pandora I'm affraid.
Yes there are tonnes of fakes, I'd be inclined to stick to the pandora website or a retailer you've heard of.
The fake ones are quite poor quality, they don't tend to fit the braclettes properly. I've had fake and real pandora stuff and you can tell the difference.
Saying that I'm sure there are charms which are around the £25 mark.
