Today I will be fuelled by coffee after a bad night with illness, with hubby and little ones :-(

have finally packed my sick hubby off to bed Clare!

smallest daughter in bed, biggest lying on the other sofa watching Rio, while i stuff my face with Aldi fruit and nut chocolate

Oh damn it you've just reminded me I need to go to aldi to get food I wonder if I can come up with some magical concoction from the food in the cupboards so that I don't have to get dressed lol
