Post  x-Kell-x Fri Sep 14, 2012 5:28 am

I had my 6week check today and I am now more than ready to start loosing this weight that my beautiful Lily decided belonged on my body!
Tomorrow is the day I have decided! I will weigh in at boots and take my measurements in the morning, I may take a picture as well but that will NOT be shown to anyone lol

Is there anyone with me??

I am. I've been doing slimming world since Mayish. I lost 2 stone in 12 weeks but have fallen off the wagon a bit lately. Lost 2lb this week though and want to lose another stone by Christmas

Are you still clean eating? You did really well on it didn't you. I could never sustain it. I lost loads one week and then fell off the wagon and just kept doing that

Goodness I actually can't really remember and I did it for a while. You cut out gluten, processed food, etc

It's no crap Rach!
You eat lots of protein, veg and fruit and cut down on sugars and substitute white carbs with lots of brown which cuts down on refined sugar!
Basically no processed or fatty foods

clean eating is like nothing processed no dairy no wheat no nice lol. I couldn't keep it up forever so it's just another yo-yo diet to me.
I do weight watchers and since the new year I've lost almost 3 stone (and I've been on holiday and off the diet for about 6 weeks of that too)
I love it it's so easy!

Clean eating is brilliant, tbh I just have had a lot of personal stuff going on that has meant that what I was eating was the last thing on my mind. I loved it because I felt so healthy on it but I still got to have treats and naughty food on a weekend. When I get my head in a better place I will do it properly again because I want to lose a bit more x

Well I went to boots and weighed in, I'm 13st 4lbs Sad
So my goal is too loose around 3stone. Gosh that's the most I've weighed in a long time, discounting pregnancy.
It's going to be a little up and down for a few weeks I think while I forgive out how much I can eat to loose weight and still keep my milk supply steady for Lily so bare with me Smile

I have something similar. I've done lots of research and the amount of calories I'm suppose to eat is making me put weight on!
Sonim in a trial and error phase now, I'm lowering calories gradually to see what worked best for my body Smile
I'm going to try and get back into running which will help!

Is your milk supply good? If so it probably won't do any damage to it unless you starve yourself

I just try to control what i eat however i'm stuck trying to lose the last 6lbs. I always take forever to do that. I still eat the occassional packet of crisps and some chocolate but i've lost 1 1/2stone since last november so gradual is good for me. I eat healthily anyway x

I found it better for toning than weight loss to be honest but when I started running I didn't have much weight to loose.
When you run make sure that you drink more water that day because your muscles need it to repair, you will probably find that you actually gain weight at first but it is just water retention in your muscles Smile

Once my back is better I will definatly start up again!
