Meal replacement drinks.

Anyone done this?

I'm actually quite good at diets and love slimming world but struggle at work and usually end up having toast for breakfast and a butty for lunch so was thinking these drinks might be the answer.

never tried it but wouldn't a soup be easier/betteR?

I done the cambridge diet ( shakes and soups ) It was hard! All you think about is food Shocked

Jade if I eat soup I want bread. Bread is my downfall.

My sister did the Cambridge diet as well, actually she's doing again at the minute but she has one main meal a day.
Why don't you make yourself something to take with you for lunch? Salad/pasta etc
Or try having an omelette or pancakes for breakfast?
