Intolerance.... Empty Intolerance....

Every time I have dairy I end up feeling a bit off Suspect
I don't seem to have any allergic reaction it just makes me feel sick or upsets my tummy and gives me diarrhoea Sad Sad Sad Sad
Does this mean I have an intolerance?
My stomach tends to get upset with cheese. Milk makes me feel sick but I am fine with yoghurt x

I guess if you react to it then probably yes, I would try cooking using milk and cheese to see if that provokes a reaction?

Sounds like it ... Yogurt has a lot of additives which could be why it doesn't affect you but cheese and milk are preety much straight from the cow so to speak

Andreews milk intolence has always been shown by bad guts ... Bless him, he is still sick when he drinks cows milk but he can eat cheese and yogurt no problems. He can't have ice cream or custard either.

It does sound like an intolerance to me :-(
