Accepting compliments

Do you guys find it hard to accept compliments?
While I was out last night people kept saying I looked lovely etc etc, I found it really hard to believe them because I just see myself a fat at the moment.
I know physically I have looked so much better but then does that mean I don't look nice?

I'm not usually one to shunt a compliment I usually say thank you but I just didn't seem to be able to agree lol

I'm not good at taking compliments either I tend to just make a joke out of it ... Kell I'm sure you do look great ! You probably don't feel 100% but it doesn't mean you don't look good... :-)
