gender scan

Im soo excited i have a private gender scan booked for this Friday. So only 5 more sleeps till i find out pinky or bluey!!

ohhh i have 9 sleeps til i find out so exciting

Im thinking girl....but dont wanna get my hopes up. Ive posted on this Nub Gender Pedictions website and all the nub professionals this my scan looks like a girl. Obv ive got Alfie so would love to have one of each, altho having another little boy would be lovely. Gav and his brothers are all so close itd be nice for alfie to have a little brother x

I just hope if its a boy i dont feel disappointed. Obviously im so lucky to be preggers and get to have a child, and i will love a boy regardless, I just think that this will be our last child and would love one of each. My appts at 12:40 i wish it was first thing haha x

I know how you feel when I was having baby number 4 I was hoping for a boy as had 3 girls deep down I knew it was a boy but kept saying girl to myself and then out he came

Amy you dont have to explain that to me hun, i will openly and honestly say that had i not heard Girl this time i would have been deverstated, i would have found a way to get over it eventually but after trying to sway i would have been gutted.

Your pregnancy so far has been similar to mine with Lily and so different to yours with Alfie

Rach - yes very different to my pregnancy with Alfie. I had all day sickness from about 5 weeks until 13 weeks to the point where i could only eat toast and lost half a stone. Had no heartburn, my ski has been horrendous but nails have grown really long. Ive completely gone off all sweet stuff, cakes, donuts, chocolate, ice cream etc whereas thats all i ate with alfie. Ive also been craving loads of fresh stuff just orange juice, and green veg

Sounds like a girl If you don't mind me saying don't get me wrong I had sickness with Caleb but it was easy fixed as long as I ate often... with the girls nothing would stop the morning sickness not even sickness tablets

We didn't mind girl or boy with Tamsyn, but so pleased we have our girl, we just feel complete now

Even though it would make me insanely jealous I hope it's a girl too. I was pretty upset when I found out Finlay wasn't a girl, obviously I love him just as much and I wouldn't change him but still wanted him to be a girl.

I'm quite girly so it's hard for me to think that I might not get to have that girly bond and do girly stuff.

But, both my pregnancies were very different, honestly everything pointed to girl for Finlay... the heartbeat sounded like whatever a girls one is meant to sound like, it was higher than 150bpm I had awful sickness compared to nothing with Tyler I lost weight whereas with Tyler I put on loads, just complete opposite.

I have to say that having two boys is lovely though I'm not sure that Tyler would enjoy having a little sister as much as he enjoys having a little brother

yes i think alfie would probs prefer a little brother haha.

its not really the pregnancy that makes me think it....i just have this feeling! but ill prob be wrong ha x

Well not long till you find out hope baby behaves for you, finlay was hiding his bits and the dr told me he was a girl which made it even worse to then be told he was a boy.

Good luck. I don't think you'd be disappointed if its a boy though. You might be initially but I think then you'd just be excited

i hope its a girly for you, i was dissapointed when i found out with tyler my 2nd, but i think it was cos everyone kept telling me he was a girl cos i was different this time, and my pregnancy was different etc, but i still love him to bits and wouldnt change him for the world

the next two times i wanted boys, i think as long as you have a healthy baby you are lucky, cos so many people dont x

I totally know how your feeling hun. We're only having 2 kiddies so to have one of each was just the best news ever. I was mentally preparing myself for them to say BOY but when she said she suspected a girl at first then got me to go for a walk and come back and she said...thats defo a girl I just cried

I'd prepared for a boy with tamsyn and it wasn't till she said its a girl that I realised how much I wanted a little girl.

A boy would have been easier, I was envisaging buying a fort and lots of battles, dens and football kits.

Now my fort will have a princess castle in the middle
