Fall at ikea

So today Sophs fell over broken trolley wheel in car park at ikea and has hurt knees, mouth and possibly teeth. Do you think i have grounds to complain to ikea. Didnt say anythign today though and no photo evidence so would it be worth it?

I probably wouldn't bother to be honest but you probably do have grounds if you wanted to

yeah, thinking probs not worth it, but am cross with them for leaving something like that there to trip over. we were watching sophs so not like it was our fault, she just trip as she came out the car and didnt look as she went forawrd.

Ouch sounds painful, I think if you was oing to complain to do it at the time, but you just get on with it don't you

Oooh Mandy that's so awfull. I think I'd have complained (big time) at the time although it might be too late now and you can't prove it.

It depends who owns the car park it might not be the property of Ikea ... I would write a complaint anyway and see what happens xxx

I think I would still probably write or e-mail to complain, but like Rachel said the car park probably has disclamiers up saying it's your own responsibility etc. No harm in writing a stroppy complaing though.

yeah, i should have complained at the time and was thinking to do so but oh was very anti complaining so didnt.

Not after compensation or anything like that, just annoyed that broken equipment was left in the car park to trip over. But saying that, had sophia tripped and not actually hurt herself i probs would havebeen fine about it. And i guess also, its who to blame? In some part us i suppose.

Sophia ok today but avoiding anything that she has to bite on dentist booked for tomoz.
