Have you tried the 30 day shred for weight loss and toning? It really is good

Well I've eaten ok today and I got home from work and then went for a run (jog!) I only did 4k and it took 30 mins so quite crap and think I walked as much as I ran but got to start somewhere....

Kate take a look at this site [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] when I started running this is what I did, it gradually builds up your stamina and ability, there's also bridge to 10k which gets you from 5-10k
I'll probably do it again myself to get up to speed lol

it's really good because there's 3 minutes of strength, and when your doing that once your arms start ot hurt or you think you can't do any more push ups (Example) you change to cardio so you don't even have time to compain.

I need to lose 2.5 stone to get back to pre-baby. Does anyone else think winter is the worst time to lose weight? I just want comfort food and stodge, and I'm not very motivated to get out of the house and walk.

I lost a lot of weight counting calories with my fitness pal last time but I'm struggling to motivate myself more than a day ay a time this time.

I was wondering if we should have a weekly weigh-in? We don't have to put our actual weight if we don't want, just what we lost/gained or maintained and maybe total loss so far. If we all did it on the same day we could have slimmer of the week!
