Anyone know any exercise to get rid of a fat back? I hate mine and i wanna get rid ( obv when babys born Laughing ) x

Unfortunatly you can't target were fat comes off its just a case of loosing weight and hoping for the best, you can target muscle growth but not fat loss.

I suppose exercises that use back muscles "should" help... but yeh fat comes off wherever it wants to... maybe hula hooping?

I wish there was something, I have awful back fat where my bra band goes near my underarms. Bleurgh!
