Food shopping
How much do you spend on food a week?
We've gotten quite good at just buying what we need, I would say we spend about £60 a week on food mostly from aldi with top ups of milk and bread, I buy nappies and wipes as and when I need them but that's no more than £10 every couple of weeks, and then washing powder etc as and when as well.
We eat ok not great could be healthier but healthy food is so expensive!!

Re: Food shopping
We spend $500 + each month. Too much.. If I stopped buying all the cookies ,cake and sweets I buy and eat.. I'd waste away but we would be richer.
We do grow our own veg though, Which helps a lot !

About 30-50 a week for us.
We shop every week and spent about £30 on average
We spend more when we need to buy cleaning products and toiletries x

£100 for us but with 5 that's not too bad, including nappies and cleaning and cats

Re: Food shopping
I find it shocking that it's more expensive to eat healthily.
Over here, fruit and veg and basics (like tomato passata, flour, milk, ingredients etc) are dirt cheap and it's anything else that is ridiculously expensive.
When I go back to Jersey on holiday I really spend a fortune trying to stick to healthy home made food because it is SO expensive.
I spend about 80 euro a week, (that's everything)
