Christmas present ideas for an 18 month old

Please help! I have absolutely NO idea what to buy Sam for Christmas.

I feel so sorry for him, because he gets all of Noah's old clothes and toys, so while he doesn't really need anything, I feel I have to get him something.

What were/are your 18 month old's favourite toys/books/activities. If enough people post some ideas, I'm bound to find something that he'd like that we don't already have!!
