Whoop WHoop happy days

Approved for sterilisation and the waiting list is up to 3mths. I opted for cancellations too so could be sooner.
Get this........ didn't even have to put up a fight and the doc there said it should never have taken so long to refer me, i shouldn't have been forced to go onto contraception and i shouldn't have had to argue with anybody to get it done. How great was that?

I've been thinking about this too but don't know much about it.

Do you have to stay in hospital
Is it a big op
What is the recovery time
Are there any after affects ie weight gain :/

It's a day procedure done in outpatients. Recovery time bout a week but meant to be sore for the first 5 days or so. No idea bout weight gain but would assume not as nothing gets cut or taken out only clipped. Only thing that's the sore part is the cuts and inflating your stomach to get in the instruments. Its laporoscopic so minimum invasion. No big cuts just 2 small ones.
