Sounds yummy!! Nope no roast for us. When we were kids mum use to do one every Sunday! I use to love it, I'm just too damn lazy to do it at the moment!
I must make more of an effort!

Kell I agree it's far too much like hard work. I don't mind doing it now and again but it's understood in this house that they only get one when I can be arsed. Smile

If you're making roast do you do it with a proper joint (I tend to just cook chicken breasts). What do you do with the rest of the meat?

Also, can you cook joints in the slow cooker?

If I'm going all out ill do a joint or whole chicken but more often than not it'll be just chicken breasts like you!
You can do most things in the slow cooker, I've not tried it myself though Smile

We have a roast every week but sometimes, like today, it's on a Monday. I'm doing beef in the slow cooker today too. It's the first time I've used a slow cooker for beef so I hope it turns out okay.
