My dinner was AMAZING!

Oh's dad called last night to say he had made us a a steak pie, while I had a small panic attack over points turns out I'm all good I just had less pastry
And put it on a bed of cabbage and broccoli it was yummy mmmmm I love pie!

What did you have for dinner?

We having jackets potatoes, well after I tried to gas us all bu not lighting oven lol

Russ and rich will have it with salmon, and prawns stirfry chilli sauce.

And I will have prawn salad.

Tonight we're having pork cooked with parsnips and celery slow cooked in cider served with mash.

I had a very WW friendly boiled chicken (how scrummy!) and boiled potato and boiled veg with gravy. yum! but it's so little points that i now HAVE to have cake, chocolate and biscuits

3 parsnips
2 sticks of celery
Pork shoulder steaks
Onion
Can of cider
Chicken stock
Bay leaf (I didn't use one as I forgot)

Bung it all in the slow cooker or in the oven for as long as possible and then thicken with flour at the end.
